This piece to me is about how we jump through hoops and put our heart on display in the hopes of getting affection and acceptance. It also hurts my heart to know that there are only 6 species of tigers left in this world. 3,200 tigers left in existence and most of those in captivity. In addition, the South China tiger is believed to be extinct in the wild. It blows my mind that I could live long enough to see the extinction of these beautiful creatures. That we as humans have devastated this earth to to this extent and were the cause of such a truly magnificent creature to no longer exist.
